1) Monthly sound boarding for your law firm with Nermin

Description: If you’ve ever wanted to sound board with a consultant, have a productive back and forth conversation, then this is the option for you. Each week you can email me or text me a question about your law firm, and I’ll respond in 3-5 days. Only 3 spots available.

Time commitment: However long it takes you to send in your question over email and listen to my response each week, usually about 3-5 minutes. You should anticipate spending 1-2 hours each month for questions and any to-do’s that come from the questions.

2) Get Better Clients for your law firm

Description: The misnomer is that you need more clients. That’s wrong. You don’t need more clients, you need better clients. If you are looking to increase your law firm revenue that comes from doing 2 things: better clients and better marketing. You can’t get better clients without better marketing. We do both, and as a cherry on top, we evaluate your law firm rates and prices to make sure we can maximize your law firm revenue.

Time commitment: We’ll have 9 calls over 5 months. That’s 2 calls each month that will be 90 minutes each. You will have homework. You should anticipate spending 6-8 hours each month for calls AND homework.

3) Figure out your law firm rates and fees

Description: If you based your rates on what other attorneys are charging, then that’s wrong and you’re 100% leaving money on the table. Your rates are based on a mathematical formula determined by your practice location (city), your area of practice, and the number of years you have been in practice. We figure out your rates for 3 years (this year + 2 future years) as well as timelines for when you will increase your rates. This takes the stress out of figuring out what to charge, and when to increase, and let’s you focus on the clients who are going to continue working with you as you increase your rates.

Time commitment: We’ll have 6 calls over 4 months. That’s 2 calls for the first 3 months, and a check-in for accountability one month later. The calls will be 1-2 hours and you will have homework. You should anticipate spending 6-8 hours each month for calls and homework.

How do I know if I’m ready to work with you?

When you’re done with asking your lawyer friends for advice and searching on Google for answers, please ensure that you have a budget set aside to work with a consultant and that my fee is not more than 10% of your monthly revenue.

How do I know which service is right for me?

Well, a consult call can help me guide you to which option is best. But a few questions you can ask yourself before that include: when did you last increase your rates? What percentage of your client base do you enjoy working with? What are your growth plans for your law firm and are they written or in your head?

How do I know if I need a coach or a consultant?

A coach (not me) will help you by asking you questions “how do you feel about your hourly rates?” A consultant (me) will help you by telling you what to charge. Coaches ask. Consultants tell.
